BSM Shipping Ltd. is established 1994 in the city of Varna - the biggest Black sea Bulgarian town.

Initially the company focused on ship chartering and brokerage in the Mediterranean, Black sea and Western European region.

Subsequently, BSM Shipping expanded its activities to full management of the fleet of Balkan Machinery Holding Sofia.

BSM Shipping has a profound experience in purchase/selling of ships and carries out pre-selling surveys. The company arranged the purchase of m/v Balkanstar 4 and fully managed the vessel. Participated in the sale of m/v Balkan Star 1 and in the purchase of m/v Balkan Future (ex Wira Zamrud).

BSM Shipping is in a possession of a valid DOC - Document of Compliance by Lloyd's Register of Shipping, complying with the requirements of the International Management Code for the Safe Operation of ships and for Pollution Prevention (ISM Code).
